It’s fabulous to see the weather improving allowing the contestants to experience outdoors boot camp training.
Team Lakelands smashed this week’s outdoor training sessions with running, battle ropes, ball slams, sand bag squats as well as the indoor cardio and ab sessions.
The overall team loss for the week is 6.8kg and a grand total of 48.5kgs for the challenge to date.
Next week will see team measurements and a mid challenge fitness test so contestants can see their actual losses in cm’s and fitness level improvements.
