A 35-year-old Warnbro man has been charged after allegedly shooting at two cars with a sawn-off rifle.
It's alleged the man was in a silver Peugeot when he fired a shot into the rear window of a car at the Henderson Cliffs car park on Cockburn Road in Henderson around 7am on Saturday.
The bullet hit the rear-view mirror and smashed the front windscreen of the car.
Around 8.45pm on the same day, the man allegedly shot at a utility he was travelling next to along Roe Highway near the Kenwick Link in Beckenham.
The bullet hit the tray area of the utility behind the rear passenger door.
No one was injured in both incidents.
Further investigations led police to a car park at a shopping centre in Wellard where the man and two others were arrested.
During a search of the Peugeot police allegedly seized a loaded sawn-off .22cal rifle on the front passenger seat.
It's alleged it had been stolen from a burglary in Byford in 2020.
Police also allegedly seized numerous .22cal casings, several live .22cal rounds of ammunition, prohibited weapons, nine grams of methylamphetamine, plastic hand cuff style restraints made from cable ties and numerous masks and other disguises.
A 35-year-old man form Warnbro has been charged with a string of offences including endangering the health safety or life of another, aggravated possession of firearms, no authority to drive and possessing a disguise.
A 32-year-old woman from Waikiki, a 30-year-old man from Cooloongup and a 33-year-old woman from Warnbro will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date in relation to possession of drug paraphernalia.
