A man has died in hospital after crashing his Holden Rodeo into a family home early this morning.
The 26 year old was travelling along Safety Bay Road at 1.24am when his car left the road and struck the front fence of a house near Michael Road.
He was rushed by ambulance to Rockingham Hospital with life threatening injuries but died a short time later.
This incident is the second fatal crash on WA roads in 24 hours.
Only minor damage was caused to the home and nobody inside was harmed.
There were no passengers travelling in the vehicle.
Police would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the crash or seen the 2003 Rodeo in the area.
