The Halls Head shop has had its window shattered and stock stolen during an overnight break-in.
A security officer said the Peelwood Parade stores alarm was activated just before midnight.
He said a large rock or curbing was used to smash through a shop window, and people appear to have entered the store stealing alcohol.
Police are en route to investigate the scene.
