Driver killed in South West crash

A 67-year-old man has died in a crash in the South West.

The man was driving a white Ford Falcon utility south along the Bussell Highway in Kudardup near Augusta around 2.35pm on Sunday when his vehicle left the road and hit a tree just north of Challis Road.

The driver and sole occupant of the Ford suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.

Investigators urge anyone with information relating to this incident, or who saw the white Ford Falcon utility travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
