A driver has been charged after allegedly blowing more than three times over the legal blood alcohol limit in Orelia.
Police were called to a crash on Thomas Road on Monday afternoon.
The driver allegedly recorded a reading of 0.289 and was charged with driving under the influence and no authority to drive.
They will appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court in January.
