A young Bunbury mother has been charged with manslaughter over the death of her baby daughter almost a month ago.
The 18 year old was charged by Major Crime detectives following an autopsy.
The four month old died three days after being rushed to hospital.
Both her parents were initially arrested and questioned before being released.
There was also a public appeal for donations to fund the baby's funeral.
