A 35 year old man has been taken into Police custody.
Armadale Detectives have charged a man in relation to the incident that occurred at a fast food restaurant at Livingstone Marketplace in Canning Vale.
The 35 year old man from Canning Vale was arrested last night, and has since been charged with Intent to do Grievous Bodily Harm Unlawfully Wounds Another and no authority to drive.
He was refused bail and is due to appear in the Armadale Magistrates Court today.
He's the second person to be arrested over these incidents.
A 20 year old woman from Canning Vale was charged with the murder of a 17 year old Baldivis boy last week.
