When Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) handed the mantle of Captain America over to Falcon aka Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) the world was watching to see how he'd live up to bearing the shield.
After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford), Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident.
He must discover the reason behind a global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.
