Barefoot Raw Mens Catch Up - Rock Climbing

Barefoot Raw is a non for profit organisation that focusing on Men's Mental Health. The catch ups are a relaxed chilled event and a safe comfortable space for men to socialise, chat or just listen. So if you are interested in heading along, meeting some like minded blokes and enjoying some time to focus on you be sure to reach out on FB or Instagram.

Dave Barretto (exercise physiologist and experienced climber) will lead the night along with sharing his experience and knowledge in this field on a variety of topics. Climbing improves confidence, focus, and overall mental health, also giving you the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone. Climbing builds trust and can be useful for stress management not to forget the physical benefits.

Tickets are $20 which includes entry, equipment and coaching, we just ask that guests reply to the Facebook Event, drinks and food will be available on the night. 

All guests are welcome and don’t necessarily need to climb if they don’t feel comfortable. You can still come along sit, watch and encourage at no charge.
