Please join us for our monthly ADHD parent support session! Come along for a cuppa and friendly chat with other parents on a similar journey.

This month we will be meeting in the morning on October 23rd from 9:30am to 11am. We have two special guests joining us, Katie & Cat from the Complex Attention Hyperactivity Disorder Services (CAHDS). Katie & Cat will be talking to us about Anxiety and ADHD.
The session is accessible in person at Lakelands Library & Community Centre and online via zoom. It's the same session, just two ways you can attend.
*Please note children cannot be accommodated for at the library venue, please arrange alternative childcare or join us online instead*
