I can’t wait to see the further improvements at the conclusion of the competition as we saw improvements of over 100metres for the row and some contestants doubling the number of squats, sit ups and push ups completed.
217cm has been lost overall with the highest loss being a huge 47cms!
The overall team loss for the week was only 3.1kg and a grand total of 51.6kgs for the challenge to date.
Special mentions to Daniella who took out this week wall sit challenge with an amazing 5mins & 39 secs and to the three contestants who took out the top 3 spots in gym visits for October – Daniella, Steve & Mary-Ann!
